Returns

At Breezer Windows, each window is custom-built to your specifications. While we stand behind the quality of every product we ship, we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about returns:

🔍 Inspection Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to inspect your window and request a return if needed. Claims for defects, incorrect fitment, or shipping damage must be submitted within this window.

🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Item must be in new, unused condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase

Please note: Exchanges are not accepted.

⚠️ Restocking Fee

All custom orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of installation or handling damage.

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us at sales@breezerwindows.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  3. Customers are responsible for printing the return label and covering return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
