Shipping

While our glass is DOT approved and impressively durable, we don't take any chances when it comes time to ship your order. We pack each window carefully to avoid any potential for damage during shipping.

However, if you receive a window that has cracked or shattered, simply contact us. We insure each shipment, and we will send you a replacement free of charge. We do need documentation of the damage, however, before we can ship you a replacement.

NOTE: We can not accept claims of shipping damage more than 14 days after the delivery date.

Lead Time

Custom orders can take 1-3 weeks; In-stock items ship within 1 business day.

🌍 International Orders

For shipments outside the continental U.S., any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
